Surf Shades are great introductory surf sunglasses. On land they seem like normal sunglasses. Clip in the head strap and leash they are ready for anything. These unisex glasses can be used for just about any water or land sport.

The Spex Surf Goggles are the best performing surf sunglasses when fogging is an issue. The hydrophobic coating works great and the super ventilated design prevents fogging. If your water temp. is bellow 66 degrees, you want these surf sunglasses.

The Cumbuco Surf Sunglasses are a good introductory pair of surf sunglasses because they are inexpensive, work fine in small surf and they are good for other activities like fishing.

The frame is the same (identical? From the same factory?) as all the generic surf sunglasses brands. It is unpadded and can be a bit dangerous in strong surf. The frame is less ventilated than our more premium surf sunglasses (like the Mormaii Floater), so they experience a bit of fogging. These surf sunglasses are fine for beginners and those out for a little splash-around.

Surf Shades is the only company of surf sunglasses to offer a one year guarantee against accidental loss in the ocean. The guarantee is seldom invoked because Surf Shades stay on very well and the removable head strap is extremely secure.
